Let me introduce myself. I'm Laura Ostrowski. As a certified reflexologist and diet counselor, I have had a wonderful wellness practice in California and Colorado for over 20 years. Although I've retired from my practice, I plan to continue advocating for mind and body wellness through this informational website.

In addition, I'm also a freelance artist, graphic designer, and owner of an inspirational and positive messaging design company called Jitterfly.
